Danny and Vicki Blank are the owners and operators of 12 Seasons Farm, a diverse 20-acre farm serving fresh, healthy, and clean fruits and vegetables to area residents and restaurants throughout Southwest Florida. With more than 25 years of experience growing food in Southwest Florida’s hot, humid, subtropical climate, Danny and Vicki, along with their four children, have explored and tested a variety of techniques to successfully produce food in our unique local environment.

Danny is passionate about helping others connect with the land and grow in their understanding of creation. He spent 16 years at ECHO in North Fort Myers, where he trained interns and international guests in techniques designed to increase food production on subsistence farms in tropical regions. His work has also taken him to Africa, Central America, and the Caribbean, where he has worked alongside and learned from farmers in those communities.

Since 2011, Danny has served as the Agriculture Instructor for H.E.A.R.T. Institute in Lake Wales, Florida, where he trains students in foundational agricultural techniques for small farms.

The Homeschool Hangar is incredibly excited to partner with Danny and Vicki and 12 Seasons Farm to bring this unique hands-on learning opportunity to local students. We look forward to giving students the opportunity to connect with the land, explore agriculture and food production, and gain valuable knowledge and experiences right here in Southwest Florida!
