6-Week Firearms Education Class

This course introduces teens to the safe and responsible handling of firearms while building a strong foundation in marksmanship, emergency preparedness, and firearm maintenance. Students learn how firearms function, how to handle them safely, and how to respond in emergency situations.

💲 Tuition: $750.00 per student (6-week session, includes all materials)

Each session blends instruction with hands-on practice so students build confidence through repetition and proper technique. The course includes two supervised live-fire range days and concludes with certification in both firearm safety and basic first aid.

What Students Will Do

• Learn and consistently apply the Four Rules of Firearm Safety

• Understand basic firearm types and how they function

• Demonstrate safe handling, loading, and unloading procedures

• Practice dry fire techniques and trigger control

• Learn emergency first aid and response protocols

• Develop safe and responsible range habits

• Experience live-fire marksmanship:

  • 9mm firearms (age 12+)

  • 22cal firearms (ages 9+)

Tuition reflects full-session enrollment and covers materials, instructor planning, and scheduling. The Homeschool Hangar does not offer proration or refunds for late starts, absences, or withdrawals.
