Cancellation Policy
To confirm your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance—there’s no additional fee to move your appointment. If you choose to cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, 50% of your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the full deposit. Thank you for understanding—this policy allows me to honor my time and serve all families well.
