About this class
Physical Education & Fitness course designed to get homeschool students active while building confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits. Classes will include fitness, competitive games, sports, coordination, and age-appropriate strength and movement activities. Physical Education teaches students how to move, play, and participate in physical activity, while fitness helps them develop the strength, endurance, coordination, and healthy habits to do it well. Meets twice weekly (Tuesdays & Thursdays) for a 6-week session. Catalyst Community Wellness partners with Little Lotus Learning offering tutoring pods after each PE & Fitness Class. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Health Education and a Master’s degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration, and is a TotalFit-certified fitness instructor.

KalebKaleb is passionate about helping young people grow through fitness, sports, mentorship, and faith. As a former athlete, he understands firsthand how sports can teach discipline, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gym.

If you cancel your registration more than two weeks before the class start date, please email The Homeschool Hangar to request a refund.
